I wanted this photo to look foggy. We left the San Francisco bay to visit Sausalito on a ferry boat. It was a very foggy and cold morning, yet the water and the town were so inviting you still wanted to be outside to take it all in. Otis Redding wrote the song "Sittin on the dock of the bay" in this bayside area. I felt a little like an outsider looking in on a small town movie shot with this photo.
